Getting started
What is The Circl?
The Circl is a group support community built for the Arab world. You join a small circle led by a professional facilitator, alongside people working through something similar.
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your name, email address, date of birth and a password. You need to be at least the minimum age shown on the sign-up form. You will be asked to accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Can I use the site in Arabic?
Yes. Use the language switch in the header. The whole site, including right-to-left layout, is available in Arabic and English.
Your account
I forgot my password
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link that expires after a short time — request a new one if it lapses.
How do I change my details?
Open your account settings from your dashboard.
Can I close my account?
Yes. Contact us and we will help you close it.
Choosing a circle
How do I know which circle is right for me?
Browse the circles and read what each one focuses on. There is also a short check-in that helps point you toward a suitable option, or tells you if a group is not the right fit right now.
What if a group is not right for me?
That answer is a legitimate outcome, not a rejection. If a group is not the right setting, we would rather say so and point you toward support that fits.
Sessions
How do sessions work?
Circles meet online as a group, led by the same facilitator. Details of length and schedule are shown for each circle.
Where do I join from?
Join from a private space where you will not be overheard. Sessions are accessed from your account.
Plans and payment
What does it cost?
Paid services are not yet available through this platform, and no payment details are collected. Pricing will be shown before any purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable plan and cancellation policy. See the Refund Policy for the current position.
Facilitators
Who leads the circles?
Facilitators are professionals. Every applicant submits their professional details and documents, and The Circl review team checks them before they may work with members.
I am a therapist — how do I apply?
Apply from the Facilitators page. Your documents are stored privately and are only ever seen by the review team.
Safety and privacy
Is what I share confidential?
We ask every member to keep what is shared in a circle inside the circle, and every member agrees before their first session. We cannot control what other participants do, and there are situations in which we may need to act on something shared with us. Please read the Safety Guidelines.
What do you do with my information?
Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect, and what we do not.
Is this an emergency service?
No. The Circl is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Members under 18
Can I join if I am under 18?
Yes, if you meet the minimum age shown on the sign-up form.
What is a trusted adult contact?
Someone a member under 18 may choose to name so we can reach them if there is a serious concern about that member's wellbeing. It is optional, it does not give that person access to the account, and it is not parental consent.
